What linking stores
Linking stores your Discord ID, Roblox ID, link date, game/Discord activity totals, and reward rank in an encrypted database. Rewards do not read or store message text. Image moderation uses attachment names/types in memory; Discord delivers message content for this feature, but the bot does not inspect text, download uploads or save their metadata. We do not collect passwords, emails, voice recordings, or Roblox cookies. Roblox sign-in tokens are used temporarily to confirm your Roblox ID and are not saved. Game time is a movement estimate; Discord message events and eligible voice presence earn capped credit, without proving message quality or speech. Leaderboard visibility is off until you opt in. Use /unlink confirm:true to erase your link and progress. A Discord ID may remain up to 7 days only for reward-role removal retries. Encrypted backups expire within 7 days if the host enables backups. Support tickets store messages and your Discord ID in private Discord channels visible to you, Owners, the bot and server administrators; member uploads are disabled there. No transcript is exported or stored in our rewards database. /close-ticket confirm:true deletes the channel and messages; tickets also expire 30 days after opening. Discord's own retention policies apply. Reward unlinking does not close support tickets. Use only your own accounts, meet the platforms' age requirements, and never share verification codes.
The Member role
Ordinary community membership does not require Roblox linking. The bot reads Discord member-join events and the server member list only to assign or repair the cosmetic Member role, including after outages. This does not create a rewards account or persist a member directory in our database.
Image uploads
Member uploads are limited to PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP and AVIF images in screenshots, bug reports and suggestions. Discord Message Content Intent delivers message text and attachment metadata to the bot; image moderation inspects only filenames and declared media types in memory. It does not download attachments, inspect message text, or save messages, filenames or file URLs. Noncompliant uploads are deleted from Discord, including when an existing message is edited. This does not verify the actual file contents. Discord's native AutoMod blocks member links. Owners are exempt.
Why we process it
We use it for optional account verification, credited activity totals, cosmetic Discord ranks, and the optional community leaderboard. No in-game advantages or purchases depend on linking. Only linked members earn tracked totals. The game temporarily sends a player's Roblox ID to check whether they opted in; unlinked lookups are not saved. There is no historical backfill. Discord and Roblox each process their own platform interactions under their policies.
Who can see it
Only authorised community operators and the designated hosting provider acting only on the operator's instructions. No sale of data, advertising use, or sharing with other communities. Account links remain until /unlink or shutdown of this service. Expired verification requests are deleted after 10 minutes; game-session counters expire after 24 hours without a report. API access logging is disabled in the supplied configuration. Any separate infrastructure logs must exclude credentials and have a documented short retention.
Your controls
Use /rank to see your stored totals; /visibility controls leaderboard participation; /unlink deletes the live link and totals immediately and queues removal of earned roles. Contact the operator if you cannot access Discord or need a correction, access copy, privacy complaint or manual deletion. These notices must be updated before changing processing.
